Default Stand Up And Shout

I want a screaming W that can stand on his own in any pve situation. I am asking for your ideas on what the best stance/shout combo is in the game. I am fairly new to playing a W and do not have all the skills yet but I will soon (vacation comint ). Please conside all the skills for a W/R. I have tried playing with it some but I just don't know how situational each shout/stance is.

So Please Stand up and Shout if you have a reply.

I would advise using the search button, looking for "w/mo", "tank", "stance", anything along those lines.

In general, Watch Yourself, Gladiator's Defense, Shield Stance, Bonetti's Defense, Shield's Up are a good place to start.
